e8game Terms & Conditions – Platform Rules and User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the e8game platform (the "Platform"), you ("User", "you", "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines published by e8game from time to time (collectively, the "Agreement").

If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Continued use of e8game following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and e8game ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"). The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, with reasonable notice provided via the Platform or by email.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to and use of e8game is strictly limited to individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. The Company employs age verification procedures and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to persons under 18 will be closed immediately and any balances forfeited.

2.2 Jurisdictional Responsibility

The Platform is operated and made available internationally. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether accessing and using e8game is lawful under the laws applicable to you, including the laws of Pakistan. e8game makes no representation that use of the Platform is legal in any particular jurisdiction. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that doing so is lawful in your jurisdiction.

2.3 Excluded Persons

The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an account on e8game:

• Persons under 18 years of age;
• Persons who have self-excluded from e8game or any affiliated gambling platform during the period of their self-exclusion;
• Persons residing in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law;
• Employees, officers, directors, or agents of e8game or its affiliated entities, and their immediate family members.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access real-money gaming on e8game, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate. e8game reserves the right to verify any information provided at registration or at any subsequent time.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active e8game account. Multiple accounts held by the same person ("duplicate accounts") are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, e8game reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any pending bets or wagers, and forfeit any bonus funds associated with those accounts.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You agree to notify e8game immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. e8game shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

e8game may require you to complete identity and/or payment method verification ("Know Your Customer" or "KYC") procedures before permitting withdrawals or at any other time deemed appropriate by the Company. Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification may result in the suspension of withdrawal facilities until verification is completed.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

Deposits to your e8game account are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the payment methods made available on the Platform from time to time, including JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of deposit and are subject to change. e8game does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — all deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where possible. e8game reserves the right to require KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. Standard withdrawal processing times are communicated on the Platform and may vary depending on payment method and verification status. The Company is not liable for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on e8game are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Company shall not be responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences that may be applied by a player's bank or payment provider.

4.4 Dormant Accounts

An account that has not been accessed or used for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. e8game may apply a monthly maintenance fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published on the Platform. Players will be notified before any dormancy fees are applied.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free spins, and promotional offers made available on e8game are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each promotion, including but not limited to wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limits, and minimum deposit conditions. General bonus principles include:

• Bonuses may only be claimed in accordance with the stated eligibility criteria;
• Only one promotional offer may be active at a time unless otherwise stated;
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met;
• e8game reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time;
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or systematically extract value from promotional offers — including through multi-accounting, coordinated play, or arbitrage strategies — will result in bonus cancellation and may lead to account suspension.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

Specific rules governing individual games, sports betting markets, and wagering products are published within the relevant sections of the Platform. By placing a bet or wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. General principles include:

• Bets are final once confirmed and cannot be changed or cancelled by the player;
• e8game reserves the right to void bets placed on events affected by errors in odds publication or system malfunctions;
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or sporting event, the decision of e8game (taking into account available official sources) shall be final;
• Maximum bet and maximum win limits apply to all products and are displayed within the respective game or market interface;
• e8game uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all virtual casino games. Game outcomes are independent and cannot be influenced by past results.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on e8game:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or at any subsequent time;
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to access or interact with the Platform in any manner not sanctioned by e8game;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, insider information exploitation, or any activity that provides an unfair advantage;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise derive the source code of any element of the Platform;
• Using the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful, harmful, or otherwise contrary to these Terms;
• Funding your e8game account with proceeds of criminal activity;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or members of the e8game support team.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the e8game Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the overall compilation thereof — is the property of e8game or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or creation of derivative works from Platform content without the express written consent of e8game is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, e8game shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if e8game has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. e8game makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform or its content. e8game does not warrant that the Platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or harmful components.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

10. Responsible Gaming

e8game is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides the following tools to all registered users:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on deposits;
• Loss Limits: Restrict the amount you can lose within a defined period;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts when your gaming session reaches a defined duration;
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your account.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is incorporated.

In the event of a dispute between you and e8game, you agree to contact the e8game support team in the first instance to attempt to resolve the matter informally. If the matter cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue resolution through the appropriate dispute resolution body as designated by the Company's applicable gaming licence.

Nothing in these Terms shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court.
